The red arrow indicates a large mass with a gravel-like appearance and calcified foci around the mandibular condyle with medial extension into the infratemporal fossa of the Right TMJ. In addition, occlusion features are observed including the mandibular first molars and canine teeth anteriorly in relation to the maxillary counterpart with incisional teeth wear for both upper and lower jaws
