The Controls showed normal levels of apoptosis. The experiment was repeated 3 times, and the values are expressed as mean (± SD). The fluorescence ratios (F530/F590) were then compared with that of the Controls (set as 1) and expressed in folds, to provide a clear view of the ΔΨm after exposing the NHOKs to H2O2 for either 1 h or 8 h.
