Virtual removal of the tooth. A digital impression of the maxillary arch was made and imported in the dental CAD software (a). The central incisor to be extracted was then removed virtually from the working model with the cutting tool (b and c). After having closed the file hole (d), a new virtual incisor was generated from the contralateral incisor (21) with the mirror tool (e). The new virtual working model and central incisor were saved in independent files
